Hello Team,
I had booked my flight but due to covid lockdown all the flight got cancelled i had checked. With spicejet they refunded to yatra but now yatra is not ready to refund my money.
Could you please help me how i can get my refund back from yatra. I contacted to them almost ** times from last * month but getting no response.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
