Confirmation for Booking ID # ********* Check-in Thursday, ** July ****.
I have reached the property but the OYO hotel manager (Deepak Panda, mob- +** ***** ***** ) is not allocating room to me.
He says during rath yatra time, room prices are high, so he is forcing me to cancel the booking done through Agoda and directly pay and get room.
If I cancel now Agoda will not refund as per your cancellation policy.
I am not sure when you will reply to this email.
So I am forced to cancel my booking through OYO customer service.
I am trying to cancel my booking now.
In any case kindly refund the full amount to me.
