I do online shopping regularly on Flipkart and Amazon. On april *th **** a package came to my home with having my name and address with cash on delivery mode. My mother called me and i paid for that order. After checking i found out that i have not ordered that item. That was ordered by someone else whom i dont know. I paid for that item so i called and given complaint to meesho. They raised a ticket against my complaint but not registered the complaint in my number. They have taken the number of the person who ordered that item. I continuously tried to understand my concern to them. Now they saying kindly call from the registered account whom i dont know any name or number. After complaint they arranged the pickup and also received the product * days before but now they saying that they cant see any details in their system against my complain as this is not the registered number by which the order placed. Also they not helping me to get the number by which i can call to the person who ordered the item and how he got my address. Not satisfied with the customer service team of meesho. Very worst service provided to me.
