I had booked an air ticket of Air India Express through Yatra.com. Due to Covid **, I got mail from Air India Express to cancel my ticket of *th April**** and when I checked cancellation charges of Airlines and with that of Yatra.com, yatra is charging an amount of *,*** INR more than Airlines charges.
I contacted Airlines directly and they replied cancellation charges shown is exact.
Why thay are charging such huge amount during such a worst time?
