I was trying to book a flight from Vishakapatnam to Kolkata for which I was almost at the end step of making payment for making the booking. I entered my card details and the OTP, the payment page was showing loading/redirecting. After sometime it showed webpage not available and I got an email from my bank stating that the money has been deducted. I checked in My trips/bookings but the booking was not made and yet money was deducted from my card.
I tried to use their chat support option but it's showing typing from the executive/bot from a very long time and no resolution is provided yet.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
