Agarwal Packers and Movers ( https://www.agarwalpackers.in/ ) have delivered * BHK household goods to Nagpur address on *th June ****. I have paid them Rs. *.** Lac for keeping Rs. ** Lac worth of household goods for "Hyderabad Storage and moving goods from Hyderabad to Nagpur" from Nov **** till May ****.
Now, Below listed items are missing :
*) * Bed single cot & nuts, bolt - Rs. **,***
*) * single cot & nuts, bolt - Rs. **,***
*) Inverter battery - Rs. **,***
*) Staw Mat ( *** feet ) - Rs. ****
And, below listed items are damaged:
*) Single teakwood chair - Rs. *,***
*) Wodden Book shelf - Rs. ****
*) Plastic Shoe stand - Rs. ****
*) Lord Jagannath Deity Pictures - Rs. ****
All above rates are **-**% less than actual market price, as quoted while paying Rs. *,*** insurance amount on Nov **** ( for total Rs. ** Lac worth of household goods ).
Now, can Agarwal Packers & Movers replace same goods with same quality or pay me actual money to buy them again.
I wish to include Rs. **,*** extra to cover for "market inflation" and lot of "mental anxiety & tensions" I have gone through in last ** days.
