Hello team,
My name is Jyoti. This was the first time we booked through Agoda.In our trip to Udaipur we booked Canbay hotel through Agoda..as we can see on website the hotel promised many things but they lack in service...below are some issues we faces after check in..after that we left the hotel immediately..
*. Luggage-- there were very few staff members there...we carried out own luggage to the rooms
*. Room not ready- Rooms were not ready even after being informed.they shifted us from one room to another room * times
*. hot water - in the month of dec we were expecting hot water to get fresh after reaching there ...but there was no hot water available and staff said may be it will come in the morning but we are not sure
*. Privacy- we were resting for some time after all formalities...but suddenly our friend from next room entered out room through common door..this was very shocking for us....poor security
*.TV -; television in our room wasn't working as it was needed for our children
