- Hotel Panchavat Nashik fooling around by claiming gostay hotel Refund not initiated by Goibibo Open

Dear Mr Manager
I'm a very regular traveller and always preferred GOIBIBO. This is first time in years i'm raising the issue and asking for the refund.
I trust gostay preferences always.
With ref to the above facts
I have * issues and i believe you and your management will take this with great sincerety and with due honesty.
*. Please visit the hotel and trust me you will Remove Gostay tag from this hotel. It does not deserve *star plus gostay tag. Traveller like me will get fooled from this.
* I had Booked *N hotel at Panchavat. Invoice attached and paid approx Rs ****/- for deluxe room.
Why I paid
- To sleep without AC
- Without TV
- For mosquitoes
- No HOT water
- No towel and soap
- Stinking blanket and ad matress
- Room stinking
- zero service
- No one at the reception from **pm till *am.
Are these delux services??
At ** midnight - Electricity tripped and gone and there was no one to attend us.
Some how at *am in night - Security guard shifted us to another room - Which had NO AC and bed was simply stinking. Mosquitoes were yelling at us.
Toilet was so bad.
Since we were half asleep and were in night sleeping dress - we managed to sleep in that dirty stinking room. Check the pictures.
(Can share security number as well on request)
Tried calling the owner & the manager - number given by the guard - But no one responded.
Basis above - please suggest - Dont you feel it is justifying to ask for a refund? And I'm sure you will agree and will show courage to sympathize on this.
I met the manager at *am while moving out of the hotel Mr Bhushan - He apologized like anything and offerred me * extra night - But I refused, Since i had to go back to Mumbai today.
Why would I stay back in such a horrible place again for one more nightmare???
Hence i need a refund.
I have been contacting your customer care via chat and on call but I'm very sad and disappointed to see NO positive response since last * days. Your guys are simply closing the case without my confirmation and knowledge.
Please process refund at the earliest
