I have booked an international flight from bengaluru to london return travel dates ** April ****, ** April ****. Due to covid all the international flights have been cancelled and i initiated a refund option which i received a response to indicating they have emailed the airline and waiting for the airline to revert back. Since ** may they have changed their email response to automated one and i am unable to contact them in any way or raise a complaint any where as they set their support system that way. I have contacted the airline and they cannot do anything as i have made the payment through Goibibo. Now Goibibo has even changed my booking status to travelled which doesn't make any sense. I have all required evidences contacting the airline and goibibo.
