Goibibo website - International Flight Ticket Not Refunded in Full

Credit voucher worth **,*** are in Credit From Airlines (Emirates)for PNR no: MWX*WG But Even Though Flights From Same Airline will Start Operating From Nov-**** the GOIBIBO Shows From December Only
And Main Concern is that they are not allowing us to use a full credit of **,*** for new booking in same airline but they are just let us use ***** INR. why so???
there is no representative to talk in this matter
all services are just online automatic chat bot kind of service
nobody is there to listen
even they don't have any mail id where they reply
