Now please focus on Sl. No. * - QGZY**** AND ZDRS****
The Hotel, Gayathri Comforts has REFUSED TO HONOUR THE BOOKING.
So I called OYO Helpline number, spoke to Mr NITIN for ** minutes to resolve the issue.
He said he will arrange a callback.
BUT, THE MOMENT I ENDED THE CALL, I RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM OYO
STATING THAT MY BOOKING INGT**** HAS BEEN CANCELLED UPON MY REQUEST!!!!!!
Again I called OYO Helpline and spoke to Mr Rahul, who said he was the seniormost.
He said INGT**** Has been cancelled due to TECHNICAL ERROR.
Now,
My complaint regarding QGZY**** AND ZDRS**** Has not been resolved.
INSTEAD, ANOTHER ISSUE HAS BEEN CREATED BY YOUR TEAM
by Cancelling INGT****.
I want you to
*. Restore INGT**** Immediately.
*. Resolve QGZY**** AND ZDRS****

Even after cancellation of booking. Money not refunded yet.
I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
