- Hotel does not allow check in Open
Booked a hotel through Goibibo app under booking Id HTLM**JM** for Oyo ***** Hadoti Resort for **/**/****. To my surprise, the hotel management did not allow us to check-in due to non-transfer of payment from Goibibo to the hotel for the last three months. I had to make the booking through Oyo. When I tried to make it cancel, it was * refund. Hence I did not cancel it through the app. Tried to call on customer care, it doesn't work. Tried to mail them they have suspended it. Tried to chat on the app but nothing has come out so far. Even we have faced mental harassment also aside financial loss. Kindly arrange for a refund of my amount ***/- at the earliest.
