I had make booking in Cassiopeia - An Ecorganic Boutique Farmstay, Kodanad, Tamil Nadu through MakeMyTrip for * day Stay **th May **** to **th May **** for Rs. *****/- through credit card for my family including * kids. I had received booking confirmation on my mail and wahtsapp no. I tried contacting the property on **th May **** on the contact number provided on the booking confirmation but no one answered the call. I reached the property on **th May **** by *.** pm. The Property care taker denied checkin said they had no tieup with MakeMytrip and no booking for the day. I had contacted Makemytrip they spoke to the property caretaker and apologized for the mistake and offered to refund the booking amount. As it was a peak season i was not able to find any alternate accommodation not only on MMT but also other travel sites i was stranded with my kids till **.** pm. I had to travel * hours to Coimbatore for my stay. My entire Summer travel got spoiled due to the wrong booking of MMT.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
