MakeMyTrip India Pvt Ltd - Air ticket Amount not refunded

My flight was cancelled by Spicejet for PNR:-R*HW*S, Dubai to Mumbai **th November'**** flight, Spicejet mentioned a full refund was sent to Makemytrip, dated **th October, ****. I've been waiting for my refund amount since that period, I've been following with them on different mediums- email, call, Twitter, Facebook. But nothing fruitful. Kindly assist. Thank you.
