My spouse flight was directly cancelled by the Indigo airlines. On ** Mar ****, she had asked to transfer the refunded amount from MMT wallet to her bank account. For the same, she swiftly provided the bank details online.
Until end of year ****, her cancelled trip details were available on MMT portal stating that the bank details are being verified (not updated further). She constantly tried to connect with MMT, created support tickets and do a regular follow up. It’s been almost an year and we have not got a single positive response. Later, we were repeatedly getting cut off from the customer care number.
Now in ****, to my surprise MMT has deleted all the past travel details from their portal, be it completed trips or cancelled trips.
There is no doubt in saying that 'customer DOES NOT come first' for MMT. Now the way the things are, MMT owes me a compensation for the time I have invested and/or lost.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
