I have booked * rooms in Hotel Royal Sand at Mysore Karnataka (Oyo *****) for Rs *****/_ on **.**.**** payment was made in advance. When I reached hotel, Hotel reception denied me checkin and said Hotel is already full no room is available. Thereafter I called the goibibo customer care for help. But they kept me wait till ** pm in the night on road on the pretext of shifting me to another hotel. I am still waiting on road with my family, now they have stooped picking up my phone as well. these companies have played fraud and deficency in services. They are liable to pay damages.
