Sreenivasulu Yerramsetty filed complaint against OYO on Feb 18, 2023
First hotel was not accepting any checkins from OYO as the price is not acceptable them and with this the denied checkin. So called toyo customer care, they they said they have cancelled this booking and also told me that i will get refund soon and booked nearest hotel by themselves to me.
Later when i approached them , they raised refund request, eventually it got rejected because hotel kept NOSHOW.
When i spoke to hotel, they said my amount is blocked from Oyo itself.
Now oyo not responding for calls or mails.
