I booked a hotel in McLeodGanj using OYO apps and after reaching the city I called hotel reception and they mentioned that their contract with the OYO has expired. When I called OYO customer care they didn't provide any solution for more than * hours. At * PM in the night they said we will cancel your booking and please try arranging your hotel by yourself. I was with family and suffered a lot. That was my worst experience with OYO and will not book any more hotel from their app. But before that, I want to make sure that all others who are using this app, please book it on your own risk.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
