Result of Booking OYO Hotel- Mental harassment and psychological duress caused due to the erroneous behavior on the part of OYO inspite of booking almost one and half month ahead of vacation.
Instead of spending family vacation time, We spent time with OYO since **Dec for *-* hours daily + Paid more for hotel booking + Paid more for transportation.

*) On Nov ** **** booked hotel OYO ***** Hotel Olive Tree for dates between **Dec**** to **Dec****.
*) Received a message on **Dec that due to some problem at Hotel Olive Tree your stay is shifted to other property.
*) Spent almost * days-daily *-* hours of call to get a confirmation on the shifted property and finally OYO ***** Feel Like Home details were shared
*) I confirmed the booking of OYO ***** Feel Like Home with Property Owner - Sandeep, Area GM - Murthy and with OYO team
*) OYO team had sent an confirmation email to me & Property Owner - Sandeep about the difference amount to be paid due to shifting of property
*) On **thDec****, the day of check-in, I had called Property Owner - Sandeep, Area GM - Murthy and there was no response and when we arrived at OYO ***** Feel Like Home @ *:** PM, there was no one at the secluded property except the workers.
*) When checked with Property Owner - Sandeep- he denied check-in
*) Called Area GM - Murthy, he disconnected the phone and did not respond
*) Called OYO help desk and spent ** mins each call explaining the situation and every time I had been told that the concerned department would call and arrange for shifted property. DID NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL FROM OYO TEAM AT ALL.
**) Standard in front OYO ***** Feel Like Home from *:** PM to *:** PM with all my family members feeling unsecured in that area and trying, trying and waiting for OYO call with out any response.
**) Finally, started to search for another hotel on **th evening
I pray that the OYO pays price for this unethical business practices and other families should not face this problems.
