Agoda Booking - Hotel Cancelled after Booking with no information

I had booked a Hotel in Dubai through Agoda in September ****, Once in doubt i requested for Confirmation from Hotel itself, After Several reminders No mail was answered from Hotel.
I asked for the same, They informed me that my booking got cancelled ie after *.*months of my then confirmed booking.
Now, All the Prices of the Hotels have shot up high, I have to cancel my Excursions as i had booked them Pick up from the booked Hotel.
I had to cancel my Taxi for Pick and Drop to that Hotel from my last destination.
All those were non refundable.
Other than Monitory losses, I am going mental agony.
Had i not checked it with hotel itself, i would have gone astray abroad.
This is the third time, I am being betrayed, with no concrete solution from them.
