I did a Hotel booking in Tezpur using MMT in Hotel Kalash from **th to **st May * room for * guests. The Booking ID is NH************* and for this booking id I paid extra for free cancellation so that in case of any issue I can cancel it before the **th of May and the full amount will be credited to my credit card. Now when I am trying to cancel it and they are only giving me an option of MMT wallet for the refund. I have requested multiple time but they come back saying they can refund only to wallet or else I will not get any amount. They are not ready to understand my situation and violating there own company policy which was there during te time I book this. I need someone to help me settle this issue.
