i booked a hotel through yatra.com mobile app.i cancelled it later and the amount Rs.**** is still not credited to my debit card through which i made the payment.customer care is very pathetic they are not refunding it back. i concerned to my bank regarding this. they told me to talk with yatra. i send my bank statement to yatra.com its been ** days no amount is refunded .kindly help me
