Respected Sir/Madam,
I had booked a room dated on **nd August & OYO Executive confirm me Hotel Debdutta at Coochbehar.
My Booking IDTXQK****.
But after reached on Property,
they denied. Because they haven't no room & already inform to oyo concern person, Instead of that Oyo executive taking Booking to everyone.
After that they offer me a Another property with Higher Price.
Hotel Heritage
Booking ID-BTPO****.
But There was same issue,no rooms available.
I moved around one hotel to other hotel *hours & I was in fever......
I'm sorry to say that, Authority have no right information about room availability, Location of Property, amenity of rooms etc.
They need only booking in any cost or anyway .
I have both booking confirmation Hotel Debdutta & Hotel Heritage,But till now they have no explanation about my harragement or apology letter.
So Sir /Madam I wants to take any legal step against OYO Authority & i need your guidelines .

Even after cancellation of booking. Money not refunded yet.
I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
