We make a hotel booking through Agoda and the hotel cliff edge goa was booked fron **nd Jan'** till **th Jan'**. The payment was done and we received the confirmation too via email. When we reached the hotel they denied for check in as they did not receive any confirmation. Also they confirmed that they do not have any tie up with Agoda.I tried to call the customer care India number multiple times but no response.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
