Oyo home ***** heritage stay Ooty was booked on **/**/**** for **** rupees and same was cancelled within ** hours but they are not processing refund also they are taking ** per cent booking amount. Booking reference number AGLU**** and when enquired about the same the customer care executive promised to refund the entire amount if I rebook the room and trusting their words. I again booked the room for **** Rs and when asked about a complete refund for cancelled order they are not replying to my mail. Kindly help me recover a complete refund.
