Anandana Nadhavajhala filed complaint against No Broker on Jul 21, 2023
On **th June **** we applied for NRI services with No broker. The payment was done immediately and I was called the same day detailing the plan of action.
Shiva C called to inform that in the next * days property will be visited and pictures taken to be uploaded on the website. Until **th June there was no movement in anything as no one went to the property or took pictures. Post this I had chased them and many other people called from different departments stating that we will take care of the property and build the portfolio pictures to upload. Until **th June as well nothing moved. Which is when I wrote to Shiva C asking him for his manager details. I was then connected wot Kanak and Khusbhoo and spoke to Khusboo who said that she will take care. Again * days passed and no progress. I told them that I do not intend to get any of the NRI services from them as it is poor and horrible lacks communication and I need my refund. After that Shiva C called and I told him you have done nothing in the last ** days and I would like a refund. To which he agreed. This took another * days. The refund has been initiated after ** days of follow up and that also has some deduction in it. There is no terms and conditions of theirs which mentions that if they didn't do any work I should get my full refund. Nothing has moved by them for the property and yet they have deducted Rs ****. On what basis? Horrible, poor and bad service
