Manu filed complaint against Tata Cliq luxury on Jan 13, 2022
There was an issue with TataCLiQ product ‘ Versace perfume’. I raised the issue with their team in mid December ****. After discussions and interactions with TataCLiQ, they asked me to return the product. When I returned the product there was no update. They even told me that I have returned ‘hard disk’ instead of the perfume. Luckily I had taken a picture of me returning the product to courier man.
Now even after asking for an update multiple times, I am not getting replacement of the product.
Pls take this matter seriously and provide a resolution.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
