Patel Packers And Movers - Higher charges for Part load

With reference to Quotation No. **** dated */**/**** and Bill No.*** dated **/**/****, the below are the lapses and unprofessional services.
The goods were packed at my home in Mumbai on *th June. An agreed amount of Rs. ***** was paid before loading to the lorry. Rs.**** by advance, Rs. **,*** by cash and Rs. **,*** by bank transfer. The consignment was supposed to be delivered direct basis (door to door) only for my goods and not part load. This is as per quotation and WhatsApp shared by Santosh (Part load was Rs. **,*** and full load direct to home was Rs. **,***). I choose full load direct for Rs. **,*** plus Rs. **** for Insurance.
The goods were supposed to be delivered within *.* days as per quotation i.e on or before **th June. However, when I was checking the status on *th June I was surprised to note that the vehicle with goods was left only on the *th evening from Mumbai. The vehicle was halting in Mumbai from *th to *th June for reasons unknown (later found that Geno Pharma goods were loaded into a lorry which was against the quotation given to me). On vehicle reached on **th June at midnight at **.** pm to my designated location in Erode. The driver does not know the location and my brother had to physically go with his bike and had to guide the driver for about * kilometres in spite of a clear address given to the driver.
We found that the vehicle was carrying almost **% of good belonging to somebody else (Cypon Syrup of Geno Pharmaceuticals, Thane). All the goods that were loaded from my home on *th June were unloaded and goods of Geno pharma was loaded close to **% of lorry capacity and my goods were reloaded). This is completely against the contract arrangement as the vehicle was supposed to be direct delivery without loading anybody else goods. Some of my goods were damaged during these exercises. There are several lapses, breach of trust and cheating at Packers/transporters end.
I have sent all photos in WhatsApp to both Ranjan and Sanjay on the **th morning itself but till date, I did not get any proper response from both of them. Please note that the service arrangement is only with Patel packers and me and I have nothing to do with the transporter. It is packers responsibility to handle the transporter but I'm repeated being involved by packers to get connected with the transporter. I had asked to refund an amount of Rs. **,*** is the difference between part load and full load.
Also, there is service lapse from the packers. As it was midnight the driver did not know how to arrange for unloading (as a part service contract, all loading and unloading was packers responsibility). Both packers and driver could not arrange for unloading the goods and we had to locally help to arrange for unloading. When we arranged for unloading, the local labours were asking for Rs. **** initially and then Rs. ****. The packers informed that they can pay only Rs. ****, though they could not arrange anything for unloading. Then we arranged other known labours for Rs. **** for unloading. When the initial labourers who asked Rs. **** tried to disrupt unloading, we had to call local police help to settle the matter. We paid Rs. *** to settle a dispute with initial labourers. Another Rs. *** was paid to transporters.
All these resulted in mental stress and agony for me and my family members. Hence, I need the packers to pay Rs. **,*** the difference between part load and full load and another Rs. *** for unloading charges extra paid by me
