Adani Electricity Mumbai
- High electricity bill Closed
My electricity bill was so high during the month of June and July. We are not getting on how can you charge so high because our shop was closed suring june and july month, ****.
We have received much higher bill for the month of June,****. My Adani electricity account number is *********.
My father's shop was closed since March when the lockdown was imposed in the entire country. He is at his native place. Since, no ons is there to open the shop. We still received a bill amount of Rs.**** for June month. I had raised complaint with customer care,they told that a technical person will come and check the meter reading but no one came to check. I am not getting any response.
We also got the exact the same amount of bill Rs. **** for the month of July again.
I would like to know that since my shop was closed and we have not opened it, we are still getting higer electricity bill, for example Rs.**** for june month. We have been informed that additional Rs.***.** will be added in July and August month each. I do not know as to why such charges are being taken as we have already paid previous months bill(which was also higher than expected).
We cannot pay this much higher bill because the shop was closed and we have been raising telephonic complaints since last more than * months. They just tell us that someone will come to our shop and do the reading. But nothing has happened.
Kindly look into the matter. Please note that we cannot pay this much bill as this is way higher(I have mentioned the reason earlier that why it should not be this much in the mail)
