I have been staying with helloworld for around a month now, they had promised modern kitchen, **hours water free and electricity as per usage.
But now in kitchen we dont have any equipment, it was shifted from ground floor to terrace.
We either get only hot water or only cold water at a time.. cant bath with only cold water and when its hot water in all the taps including toilet flush we get only boiling hot water. So of no use.. we complained to property manager, customer care but no one is responding.
This month we got electricity bill of *** Rs for which we have not received any split.
Our monthly units usage as per the meter they have installed in our room is ** units. But they are not giving any justification for the calculation.
