I had booked my Tickets for a International destination with Yatra for me and my collegue,immediately after booking i realised that the sur name of my co passenger was wrongly entered and i got in touch with yatra customer care for rectification for which they asked me to get in touch with the airlines,in this this case it was GO air,post my conversation with the airlines i was asked to cancel mu co passengers ticket for which the airlines gave a full refund,but yatra is has deducted close to Rs*,***/- which is **% of my ticket value.A nominal deduction is acceptable but this is a total loot.
