Star Health Allied Insurance Company Ltd - Health Reimbursement insurance

Subject:- Decline of Claim without any specified and proper reason for Claim Intimation ID CIR/****/******/******* of Star health Allied Insurance Co.
Dear Sir,
As stated above, Rinku kushwaha got admitted in Mudgal Hospital & Trauma center on the October **/**/**** , I have taken health insurance policy from Star Health Allied Insurance Co. - Policy number- P/******/**/****/******. My policy got issued on **/**/**** after all Teli medical tests conducted by company. At that time, I have no any medical issues. You may also verify the test reports of Company which they conducted before issuing policy.
There is no such kind of medical facts, which I hide from the company at the time of policy inception.
I was having fever, on **th October I showed up government hospital at Madhav Dispensary Gajraj Medical College where I was referred for dengue test, after testing I was found to be dengue positive after that I went to admit for Mudgal Hospital & trauma center from **/**/**** to */**/****
And after getting all proper treatment due to lack of blood i had transfusion with one unit blood after paying **** shri blood bank
And i had an ultrasound and Chest X-ray by Tomar diagnostic centre
And i submitted all original report and orginal paid bill recepit and orginal lab bill and orginal medical bill and orginal indore case papers to the star health insurance and They rejected my reimbursement claim on **/**/**** without any proper reason and i am very disappointed by this service by star health insurance and very frustrated and mentally disappointed and harrasment.
Please resolve my claim as soon as possible and please try to get my all hard earned money refund by star health Allied insurance
On the basis of above facts kindly check all things & also instruct Star health insurance company to reimburse my Claim.
