I had taken the health policy from Star
health insurance company Ltd.on **th March and on **th April I got my son admitted due to high fever, first I showed the child in emergency then the doctor said that he will have to be admitted and I got him admitted and when When I sent the documents for the claim, the company rejected it, saying that it comes within the waiting period, he was already having fever, while the son was shown in the emergency on April **, then I again sent the documents to Chandigarh for reimbursement, but they rejected it again. Himanshu Pathak(***** *****)who is the claim coordinator, do not talk well, they say whatever you want to do, wherever you go, you will not get the claim, even if you take legal action, what should we do now, how will people trust these insurance companies? give me a solution as soon as possible.
