I am having Star Group Health Insurance Policy No-P/******/**/****/******. According to policy terms & conditions if my insured member get the health check-up done from a Non- network hospital,the bill would be reimbursed against actual bill submission.
However when the actual bills were submitted to Star Health Allied Insurance Company Ltd, they sharply turned me down, not giving me my claim amount stating that my insured patient's check-up was done from a non network hospital.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
