HDFC banck - HDFC Dedicated double amount for Loan payment

I had two Debit card EMI loan with HDFC bank. On **nd September **** i got a call from Mohit from HDFC bank(ph no- +** ***** *****, Whatsapp no:- +** ***** *****) and offering me to close my loans. As per him if i pay Rs-***** and Rs-**** on that day then my both loans will be closed and the extra charges and penalty amount will be waived off. I have the same amounts on the same day. But again on *st November two amounts Rs:- ****.** and Rs:- ****.** gets hold from my HDFC salary account(Account no:- **** **** **** **) for the same.
Now please tell me after I payed my loans closing amount why these amounts debited from account. I am trying to connect with Mohit but his phone no switched off and he is not replying my message on whatsapp. Now I feel i get cheated by HDFC bank.
I have a medical emergency in my home.Please help me to get my money back.
I have called many times to phone banking helpline and send multiple emails to the bank from *rd November **** but till now my issue has not resolved.
I have attached all the documents (payment, chat with mohit, amount hole from my account) please check and help me.
