HDFC banck - amount deducted on moratorium period

Hi
I applied HDFC LOAN moratorium for my two wheeler (march-August).
But july month in my account HDFC LOAN amount was deducted, After i raised a complaint on hdfc website, one of the executive was assured that the amount will be refunded within *-** days likes they told. Iam waiting for the amount last ** days but amount was not refunded, and again i raised one more complaint that same executive was told like amount was refunded on **th july but amount not refunded and i already shared my bank statement also in my third complaint. Still my issue was not resolved. I never thought like this type of service given by HDFC management iam very disappointed. Iam a lower middle class family from my side ****rs was bigger, Finally my amount was gone not only money trust also...........
