Sujaya Rathi filed complaint against HDFC banck on Jan 13, 2021
HDFC charged my credit card for transactions that I did not make and instead of crediting the same, they continued to apply interest and late payment penalties. I cleared all legitimate charges but they charges kept mounting.
They then put funds in my savings account on hold and leading to my being unable to withdraw rs *****.** from my own account.
Multiple follow-ups, tweets to senior management attention and trips to various bank branches has not helped. Who can help?
