hi,
i have taken cable connection through a-one internet provider on january ****. i have asked him for hd box connection for which he had charged me rs. ****. after * month, i had asked him i dont want to subscribe hd channel. so he told me it’s not possible to unsubscribe hd channel on hd box. i have told him, then replace my box with ordinary box. he told me call to his service provider(hathway). they told me return the box to cable provider and he will give your money back. on the next he visited my house to replace the box. after few days the cabel guy was telling me company will provide you * months cable free on hd box cost. i said i want my money or box. in the last month the cable guy has left the job. i was in impression, that i am getting * months free. on the day of my payment due, they stop my cable. my cable was shut for ** days in the month of may. i have paid them june month’s fee and ask them to start my connection. but from today, again they have stop my connection, saying my payment is due.
this cable person has also cut my existing videocon wire, because of that i am unable to connect videocon again. if i want to connect videocon again, then they will charge me wire cost.
so i am requesting you with good hope that, you will help me getting my hd money box and videocon wire. so that i can use videocon.
