I bought a product on club factory app using a card before it was banned they did bring the product and sent a message saying the order was cancelled due to it being banned but they did not give me a refund .I have been trying to contact them their app is not working and they don't reply to emails and their social media handles as well.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
