I requested for new installation of hathway broadband at my new address. The agent took all my personal information and id proof and said the broadband is available in my location, she sent a link to make the payment on the hathway website, and I made it. Pist making the payment the installation person calls and tells me that hathway is not available in my area and they can do nothing about a refund. I tried reaching out to the same person who took all my information but she's blocked my number and not responding to my messages.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
