suresh kumar janipalli filed complaint against Hathway broadband and internet hyderabad on Apr 7, 2021
After initial payment of INR ****.* on **th March ***, They said connection is not feasible in our location and said amount will be refunded back in ** working days. I waited and did not receive the money so raise another complaint on **th March via customer care number (*** ********) and they closed that without any intimation or refund. They do not have any reason why it is closed. Now I have again raised and said some one will callback but no response yet.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
