I have renewed the broadband pack on Monday but it has been paid * times bymistakely so * month net pack *** rupees debited is fine but * month extra charge *** is debited and its been * days today and refund has not received. Please refund the amount as soon as possible to the phonepay upi of the number which is done.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
