I have rase a compliant ********W****** / ********M****** on ** Sep **** and my account number is ********** name - Rahul Kolekar.
My issue has been not resolved till now after making so many call to hathway several times a day and I have informed that what issue I'm facing because of you guys but I don't think that any of you executive can understand the situation I'm in because of your bad service.
my plan expired and I was getting calls from your sales team or some executive to renew the connection so I inform them that I want a better connection with good speed so the executive gave me a plan of ** Mbps download and ** Mbps upload speed unlimited and inform me that your plan will get updated instant and you will get updated to **mbps in ** to ** min just restart your router after ** to ** minutes and guide me to make the payment on your website of **** and I did it.
Till now I'm stuck with my old plan and I'm not able to work from home on daily I have to upload my heavy files on office servers the files are approximate * to *gb so I'm getting an uploading speed to slow less than * Mbps and I cant work from home because of this thanks to your bad service and misleading information I have explained this issue to the hathway executive so many time they just inform me to wait for * days now it is more than ** days but hathway guys don't understand that because of hathway I have to travel to my office on daily and my shift is US shift timing night shift because of you guys and your misleading information I need to travel in this pandemic and bare my traveling expenses *** to *** per day. I made the payment on ** Sep **** only because I was going to get an instantly updated plan with high speed your executive assures me that so I thought I don't need to change my connection and instantly the plan will get updated that's why I maid payment and I did not go for Jio or airtel they have a better plan to offer with the good speed.
I want my connection to get updated as soon as possible or give me a refund so I can go for another broadband provider
