I want to file a complaint against Indigo airlines regarding one incident where I was harassed by the Indigo staff on my recent travel from Kuala Lumpur-Chennai-Bhubaneswar on **-Oct-** with PNR-HVLK*B.

At the check-in counter at Kuala Lumpur, the ground staff put me in trouble as I have some excess baggage. The excess baggage was *-* kgs only. When I was trying to request them to adjust and I was finding a way to manage, one ground staff came in and tried to make other staff at counter not to listen to me. He was pressurizing me to go and purchase lighter bags from the airport and throw my own bags to reduce weight. When I said I will try adjusting the weightage in my handbag he was putting me in pressure not to do that. There were no indigo supervisors around where I can go and discuss the matter. The guy was insisting the check-in counter staffs to weigh my had bag as well and they did the same whereas they were not weighing other passengers’ handbags and I told them same.

He put me in arguments and wasted more than one hour and he threatened me they will close the check-in counter and I will have to miss the flight. I got so much harassed and ended up paying MYR *** which is INR *,***/-. Later I had to rush to immigration. During the whole process I dint even get time to have refreshments and had to start mt travel with having food and got stressed a lot. While I was leaving the check-in counter, I saw one Indigo supervisor and complained on the whole incidents. Though the supervisor understood the scenario, she could not help me as I had paid already. She said I can complain to Indigo once I reach my destination. She also said the guy who harassed me is not Indigo staff. I said if that guy is not from Indigo why the check-in counter staffs were listening to him and influenced by him.

Also, the payment I made they have not given me a proper receipt. On the name of the receipt, they gave me one boarding pass paper where it is printed the amount and there is no description to it to know what the payment is for. I have attached the same herewith for your reference.

I have gone through this harassment and my whole travel was stressful till I reached home. I request you to investigate the whole issue and help to get me refund.
