GOFIRST AIRLINES - HARASSMENT BY AIRLINES

Dear sir/madam,
On **th of June **** Me (Human Bhrahmatham PNR G*FLNC) and my wife (Karishma Bhrahmatma PNR P***JZ) was traveling from Delhi to Mumbai in Gofirst g* ***. We reached airport by *:** o'clock in morning as our flight schedule was *:** after entering the airport we reached to gofirst counter and the counter person charged *** rs. For the printing of boarding pass and told to be in line again for luggage drop. There were many passengers was there in line, only * counter was open and other was closed when our number came and we reached to the gate of departure at *:** o'clock they denied our boarding and said that the boarding gates are closed, there were * more passengers was suffering from same harassment.

After that we again reached the help desk of Gofirst. They said we can't do anything it is not in our hands. And offer us evening **.** flight (which was ** hours from that time) for rs. **** per head. We were surprised and asked for refund but they said only this * thing we can do for paying **** rs.

We had no choice and Paid the same and wait for the flight whole day and this was not our fault.

I am also attaching copy of payment receipt.

Please let us know where we can complaint and get back our looted hard earned money. Please do the needful.
