Writing on behalf of my friend Akash.
I had booked a flight from gofirst airline with PNR P***VM. I was supposed to land at Ahmedabad on **th April **** at **.** . It has been rescheduled * times since then. And later it was cancelled *hrs prior to the departure.
Later I had to book another flight from Akasa at a very high price as I need to reach Ahmedabad latest by **:** on **apr ****
The basic question here is why did they take my money for a flight if they are not able to provide service at scheduled time. I do not want "OPERATIONAL REASONS" for an answer. Because I've been hearing this since last * days whenever I've called the helpline number, the HELPLINE has not been of any HELP!
Also I am demanding an appropriate compensation for the time and money that I have lost due their mis management.
Apology letter from company
Refund / Credit for purchase
Replace / Fix problem
Damages for loss and agony
