Capt SB Tyagi filed complaint against Cars24 on Jan 21, 2021
I sold my car Toyota Innova - UK ** AS **** to Cars **. An amount of Rs. **,***/ was held back, to be released after RTP Peshi which was to be held at Haldwani on **th Jan **.
Firstly no one was responding to my talks when I reached RTO Haldwani. I had talks with their channels partners who's numbers were given in the SMS received from CARSTF namely Mr. Bharat Rawat and Mr. Rakesh Pant. They told me over phone and by SMS that papers have not reached them and RTO Peshi is not possible on ** Jan.
On ** Jan **, I got this following SMS from AX-CARSTF -
Hi Sb Tyagi,
)We are constrained to forfeit the held back amount of INR **,*** for your Toyota Innova due to non-compliance of RTO mandated Party Peshi despite repeated reminders. For further details, please check your email or call us on our customer helpline number **** *** ****

It is outright harassment from CARSTF that not only they have not honoured the RTO Peshi appointment but now forfeiting the Held-back amount of Rs.*****/.
Because of this highhandedness and coercive trade practice, I am approaching Consumer Forum with my complaint for readdressing of my grievance.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
