First Cry - Harassment and tortured by the company

I am a father of *.* years old baby ordered almost **+ times with the First cry. I have ordered a product named Mamy Poko Pants from First Cry website on **rd April ****. The order was supposed to be delivered on **th April ****, but the order was never delivered. On the evening of **th April ****, I have received a message on my phone saying my order has been held since I was not available at home which was absolutely wrong information and disturbing for me. Since I was eagerly waiting for the order to be delivered on that day and I was available all the time but without contacting me they wrongly quoted about me. I thought maybe it was mistaken from the delivery boy and then next day I called up First Cry and explained to them that I was available all time on **th April **** but still your delivery boy informed that I was not available. They apologised me and arranged another day for delivery that was on **th April ****. I waited for order on **th April but the order was never delivered. Again I received a message saying I was not available at home. I was very much disturbed thinking why is this happening. Next day I called up First Cry once again and explain that the delivery boy never turned up and I was quoted falsely by the delivering company named Xpressbee. Once again First Cry apologised and rearranged the order. Then on **th April ****, the order was supposed to be delivered but never delivered. Again same thing repeated on *st May, *rd May, *th May, *th May and on *th May. I called up First Cry and explained the arrogance of Xpressbee in delivering the order but First Cry never took it seriously. I was very much disappointed by them and much frustrated then I told them to deliver my order as soon as possible requesting an apology letter from both First Cry and Xpressbee for there irresponsible, arrogant and unprofessional behaviour towards their customers. They never send an apology letter and one day that is on *th April **** the delivery boy came up anyhow to my home and tried to deliver the product but I didn't receive it as the parcel was not in good condition and it was in an altered state torn from sides and patched up and moreover there was no apology letter which I was expecting from both First Cry and Xpressbee. So I have refused to take the order until I receive a good conditioned product and an apology letter from them. But the most shocking thing for me was when they simply cancelled the order without my consent. From the last ** days, I have been harassed and mentally tortured by falsely quoting about me. Now I am requesting to take necessary action against these companies and provide compensation for all the money. I spent since last ** days for buying this product at double cost from outside.
