I got internet connection deactivated * months ago yet their team calls twice a day atleast at random times asking to pay for renewal and sends atleast one message mentioning offers.
I had already mentioned their team to stop calling and put me in DnD but in vain. Their customer care number says invalid input when I choose the option to put me under DnD, such a pathetic customer service they have.
It feels like I made a mistake taking their service, I just want this harrassment to stop.
