Ecom Express - Handled ill mannered by the delivery person

My item is brought to me when I was not at my place and i told them to keep it in the office. The next day i went to them to get the package and then they told me that they cannot find the package for me. Again the next day i went to the delivery guy to ask about my package the silly answer I got was they have no time to for my package because they were busy dealing other package.
